Six ways to work together — from advice to full management.
Pick the level of partnership that fits your programme — each package includes the one before it. Every engagement is vendor-independent and standards-led; final pricing is on request.
The six packages
- Basic
- Advice & assessment — requirements analysis, high-level architecture & an independent recommendation
- Intermediate
- Detailed design — full sizing, system design & bill of materials, with procurement guidance
- Advanced
- Design + independent audit — adds specification review and TCO / ROI validation
- Platinum
- Turnkey build — procurement, integration, start-up & functional testing through to acceptance
- Palladium
- Build + full assurance — adds the formal L0–L5 Cx programme (including IST under load), benchmarking & a compliance dossier
- Supreme
- End-to-end & managed — design, build, assurance & operation, with managed operations, SLAs & life cycle
Estimate the investment and the fee.
Four choices, one indicative range built from the same tables published below. It is not an offer — it is the order of magnitude a conversation can start from.
- Hardware / IT
- €10–41M
- Facility
- €6.9–12M
- Kronsavier fee
- €1.1–2.6M
- Total estimated investment
- €18–55M
Indicative ranges, August 2026, excluding VAT and land. Every figure is a segment of the ranges published in the tables below — the configurator produces no new numbers, it chooses a position within a range. Palladium = Platinum plus the “+” supplement; Supreme adds the annual operating fee. At tiers 06–07 the fee is derived from engineering value plus a 1–3% commission on pass-through hardware, not as a percentage of CapEx. Final figures are set at scoping.

All fees are absolute amounts. Palladium = the Platinum fee + the “+” supplement shown; Supreme = a project delivered to Palladium level + the annual operations charge shown. How the fee is derived — we do not charge a percentage of total CapEx. At tiers 06–07 the fee is calculated on the engineering value (facility, cooling loops, distribution, integration, commissioning — typically 25–50% of the project), plus a declared 1–3% commission on pass-through hardware (nodes, storage, switches, licences). The reason is simple: the engineering effort does not grow when the list price of a GPU does. In a year when accelerated nodes rose by more than 50%, a CapEx-percentage fee would have increased by hundreds of thousands of euros for identical deliverables — our structure stays unchanged, which makes it auditable under Law 98/2016 procedures. The exact fee is set at scoping. Supreme is priced as a 12–20% management commission on the delivered operating cost, with energy, licences and OEM hardware maintenance (8–12% / year of hardware value, post-warranty) re-invoiced separately, at cost. Detailed building MEP design is contracted separately — 5–15% of the construction works cost, not of total CapEx — and the Palladium commissioning role stays independent of the designer. The Palladium supplement follows the commissioning-agent norm (0.8–2% of construction value) plus the benchmarking campaign and the acceptance dossier. For public procurement: hardware at cost, with the fee declared transparently. At tier 07 the typical role is owner's engineer / technical assistance, not general contractor.
